Okay, not exactly cake, but we’ve rounded up three of our favorite dessert cocktails that each have only three ingredients! Chocolaty, creamy, and coffee-y (that’s a word, right?!) notes come together to bring you these exquisite recipes.
Serve these at any occasion that calls for a little extra sweetness.
Lemon Gin Affogato
A frosty cocktail with Lemon Gin, espresso, and ice cream. Need we say more?
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Sheringham Lemon Gin
- 1 Scoop French Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1 Shot Espresso
Method:
Scoop ice cream into a rocks glass. Pour Lemon Gin over the top, followed by an espresso shot.

Sirene Alexander
A chilled, creamy cocktail with Sirene Chocolate Liqueur and brandy.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Sheringham Sirene Chocolate Liqueur
- 1 oz Brandy
- 1 oz Heavy Cream
Method:
Add all ingredients into a shaker tin with ice, shake vigorously, fine strain.

Bitter Mornings
A spirit-forward, decadent, hot coffee cocktail with Sirene Chocolate Liqueur.
Ingredients:
- 1 2/3 oz Sheringham Sirene Chocolate Liqueur
- 1/3 oz Fernet Branca
- 4 oz Hot Coffee
- 1 oz Floated Whipped Cream (optional and highly recommended)
Method:
Pour boiled water into a speciality coffee glass to heat it and dump safely. Build drink in the order listed above. Float whip cream last with a bar spoon.
