Raincoast Gin
Alpine Rain Sour
A gin sour with alpine flavours that connect us back to nature.
Flavour Profile: Bitter
Difficulty: Complex
Ingredients:
- 1 dash Cypress Bowl Bitters (Ms Betters)
- 1/3 oz Salted Maple Syrup
- 1 oz Ver Jus Blanc
- 2 oz Sheringham Raincoast Gin
Method:
Add all ingredients into a shaker tin, throw/roll over ice 4-5 times. Double strain into Nick & Nora glass and mist with Green Chartreuse for aromatics.
