Beacon (Kazuki) Gin
Beacon Aperitivo
A refreshing gin spritz / aperitivo cocktail with tart citrus and a herbaceous finish.

Ingredients:
- ½ oz Rosemary Syrup
- ½ oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Fresh Pink Grapefruit Juice
- 1½ oz Beacon (Kazuki) Gin
Method:
Add all ingredients into a shaker tin reserving the sparkling wine for last, shake and double strain into wine glass. Add ice, and top with 2 oz sparkling wine down bar spoon into the bottom of the glass. Serve in a Riesling glass on ice and garnish with a grapefruit slice and burnt rosemary sprig.
