A perfectly balanced gin and tonic that’s as refreshing as a Seaside stroll.

Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Sheringham Seaside Gin
- 100ml Fever Tree Tonic
Method:
Add ice to a rocks glass, add gin and top with 100ml of tonic water or to taste.
