Ingredients:
- 1 dash Scrappy’s Celery Seed Bitters
- ½ Muddled Kiwi (skin off)
- ¾ oz 1-1 Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- ½ oz Bianco Vermouth
- 1 ½ Sheringham Seaside Gin
Method:
Add all ingredients into shaker tin, muddle kiwi fruit, shake and double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
