Coffee and Mint Popsicles
A cold and sweet summer treat to beat the heat.

Ingredients:
- Popsicle Moulds
- Popsicle Sticks
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract (Optional)
- 7 oz Cold Brew Coffee
- 7 oz Coconut Cream
- 1 oz Peppermint Schnapps
- 3 oz Sheringham Coffee Liqueur
Method:
Purchase popsicle molds and sticks online, or at your local grocery store. Add all ingredients into a large jug or mixing bowl. Whisk, or stir thoroughly with a bar spoon until all ingredients are incorporated. Pour mix into molds, add popsicle sticks and store in the freezer.
