Ingredients:
- 1 oz Strawberry & White Balsamic Shrub*
- 1 oz Sheringham Fresh Rhubarb Liqueur
- 3 oz Sparkling Wine
Method:
Wrap a cucumber ribbon in a champagne flute, then add all ingredients into a shaker tin reserving the sparkling wine for last. Shake and double strain into flute. Top with sparkling wine down a ribbed bar spoon, stir three times.
*Strawberry & White Balsamic Shrub:
- 3 oz White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 oz Water
- 30g Strawberries
- 150g White Sugar
Method:
Add all ingredients into a small saucepan. Muddle strawberries into sugar and liquids, cook on low heat until ingredients are homogenized. Fine strain into food safe container. Label and date.
