Raincoast Gin

Refreshing citrus, spiced nuts, and fruity – feels like walking on a cloud.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Sheringham Raincoast Gin
- 2 oz Almond milk
- 3 oz Fresh Orange Juice
- 3/4 oz Chai Tea Syrup*
- 3/4 oz of Coconut Water
Method:
Add all ingredients into a mixing tin. Give it a hard shake, strain on ice into a Collins glass and garnish with fresh grated nutmeg and an orange wheel.
*Chai syrup:
In a saucepan boil 1 cup of water, add your favorite chai tea bag and allow to fully steep. Add 1 cup of sugar, cook until dissolved and allow to cool.
