Beacon (Kazuki) Gin
Harvest Punch
A brightly spiced gin-based punch.
Flavour Profile: Sour, Sweet
Difficulty: Simple
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Sheringham Beacon Gin
- .75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- .5 oz Grenadine
- .25 oz Allspice Dram such as St. Elizabeth
- .25 oz Cinnamon Syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 Lemon slice to garnish
Method:
Mix gin, juice, grenadine, Allspice dram, syrup, and bitters in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain the mixture into a chilled rocks glass filled with cracked ice. Add lemon slice garnish to finish.
