Fresh Lemon Liqueur, Seaside Gin

An approachable and citrusy cocktail following the structure of the Negroni.

Flavour Profile: Dry, Fruity, Herbaceous

Difficulty: Simple

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz Sheringham Seaside Gin
  • 3/4 oz Suze
  • 3/4 oz Sheringham Fresh Lemon Liqueur
  • Pinch of Salt

Method:

To a stir tin, add all ingredients. Fill with ice and stir until chilled and diluted. Strain into a chilled Rocks glass over a large ice cube.

For Garnish: 1 fresh basil leaf (lightly rolled to release aromatics).
