Cocktail Ingredients:
- 2 oz Sheringham Fresh Lemon Liqueur
- 1 oz Sheringham Seaside Gin
- 1 Bar Spoon Pine Syrup*
- 2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
*Ingredients: Pine Syrup
- 30g Pine Needles
- 500g of Water
- 500g of White Sugar
*Pine syrup method:
Into a saucepan, add pine needles, water and white sugar. Over medium heat, cook until sugar is dissolved. Strain and allow the mixture to cool.
Cocktail Method:
Into a stirring glass, add all the ingredients and stir for about 40 seconds with ice, strain over a big ice in a Rocks Glass. Garnish with a bunch of pine needles.
