A Halloween-inspired rendition of the beloved “London Calling”.

Flavour Profile: Sour, Sweet

Difficulty: Simple

Ingredients:

  • 1.75 oz Sheringham Seaside Gin
  • .5 oz Fino Sherry
  • .5 oz Dry Vermouth
  • .75 oz Lemon Juice
  • .25 oz Port

Method:

Combine all ingredients except Port into a shaker, add ice, shake for 15 seconds and double strain into a Nick & Nora glass. Slowly drip 0.25 oz of port over top (turns into a beautiful spooky looking gradient). Garnish with a lemon twist.
