Beacon (Kazuki) Gin, Fresh Rhubarb Liqueur

Rhubarb Gin Greyhound

A lower ABV, fruity and refreshing Rhubarb cocktail.

Flavour Profile: Fruity, Sweet, Tart

Difficulty: Simple

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Fresh Rhubarb Liqueur
  • 1 oz Beacon Gin
  • .5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 3 oz Grapefruit Juice

Cocktail Method:

Add liqueur, gin and lime juice to Collins glass, stir, fill with ice and top with grapefruit juice. Garnish with lime wheel.
