Gareth has been working in the hospitality industry for over 16 years. Originally from Wales, starting off his carrier in a humble pub pouring pints of beer for regulars, then progressing over the years into fine dining and the art of mixology. Gareth has been honing his skills, designing new seasonal cocktails and bar programs all over the world, experimenting with local flavours and mastering new techniques.
