On a visit to London, UK, Alayne and Jason spent a rainy walk back to their hotel discussing all of the local gins they had tasted. Feeling inspired to experiment with this classic spirit, Jason began cataloging flavors to create his own version of a London Dry gin—a classic gin with a Sheringham-edge.
