Sheringham Whisky, Sirene Chocolate Liqueur
Easter Treat
This Easter treat cocktail is the perfect balance of sweet, sour, nutty and richness.

Ingredients:
- 1 oz Sheringham Whisky
- 1 oz Sheringham Sirene Chocolate Liqueur
- .75 oz Almond Orgeat
- .75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- Sheringham Aromatic Bitters
- 1 Egg White
Cocktail Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin and shake with no ice to break up the egg white. Add ice to the tin and shake again. Fine strain into Coupe glass, garnish with grated chocolate.
