Beacon (Kazuki) Gin

A clear, bittersweet, and spirit-forward cocktail.

Ingredients:
- 1 oz Sheringham Beacon (Kazuki) Gin
- 1 oz Rathjen/Ampersand Imperative Vermouth
- 1 oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco
Method:
Combine all ingredients. Place in mixing glass over ice and stir. Double strain into rocks glass over large ice ball.
