Beacon (Kazuki) Gin

A bright, refreshing, and long gin cocktail.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Sheringham Beacon (Kazuki) Gin
- 1/2 oz Luxardo Maraschino
- 4 oz Soda
- ½ Lemon
Method:
Squeeze the juice from a half lemon into a Collins glass. Add the lemon husk into the glass as well. Add ice, add the rest of the ingredients into glass, reserving soda for last. Stir three times and enjoy.
