Beacon (Kazuki) Gin
Beacon Old Fashioned
A spirit-forward and fruity gin old fashioned.

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Sheringham Beacon (Kazuki) Gin
- 0.5 oz Silk Road Sour Cherry Tea Syrup
- 2 Dashes Bittered Sling Suius Cherry Bitters
- 2 Dashes Orange Bitters
- Grapefruit Zest
- Preserved Cherry
Method:
Add a cheek of grapefruit zest, syrup, bitters, and a small splash of gin to glass. Muddle into the grapefruit zest. Add the rest of the gin with ice and stir well. Top with a little more ice. Garnish with the preserved cherry and grapefruit zest.
