Beacon (Kazuki) Gin
Beacon Cream Soda
A delicate and creamy gin highball.
Flavour Profile: Bitter, Sweet
Difficulty: Complex
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Sheringham Beacon (Kazuki) Gin
- 1 oz Nigori Sake
- 1/4 oz Plum Shrub
- 4 oz Soda
Method:
Add all ingredients into a Collins glass reserving the soda for last. Add ice, pour soda down a ribbed bar spoon into the bottom of the glass. Stir three times. Torch the end of a cinnamon stick until it smokes and use as a garnish.
