Beacon (Kazuki) Gin
The Real Beacon Highball
A long, refreshing, and bright gin cocktail.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Sheringham Beacon (Kazuki) Gin
- 1 oz Green Tea Cordial*
- 1 Dash Grapefruit and Hops Bitters
- 3 oz Soda
- *Green Tea Cordial: 2 oz Green Tea, 1oz Lime Juice, 1/2 cup Sugar heated, combined, and cooled (makes 3.5 servings that can be refrigerated)
Method:
Build all ingredients over ice in a Collins glass, stir 11 times.
