Seaside Gin
Autumn Highball
The addition of sweet vermouth to this cocktail gives a bit of fruitiness, slight bitterness and a lovely color.

Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Sheringham Seaside Gin
- 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
- Club Soda
- Rosemary Sprig (Garnish)
Method:
Add ice to glass and pour over Gin, Vermouth and top with soda. Mix with spoon and serve with Rosemary sprig for garnish.
