Beacon (Kazuki) Gin
Banana Martinez
A fun and fruity play on the Martinez cocktail.
Flavour Profile: Bitter
Difficulty: Simple
Ingredients:
- Blended Scotch for rinse
- ¼ oz Giffard Banane du brésil
- 1 ¼ oz Daiginjo Sake
- 1 ½ oz Beacon (Kazuki) Gin
Method:
Add all ingredients except blended scotch into a mixing tin. Add ice and stir until chilled and diluted. Rinse a small coupe with blended scotch and discard. Pour into small, rinsed coupe and garnish with a lemon twist.
