Beacon (Kazuki) Gin

A refreshing gin sour.

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Sheringham Beacon (Kazuki) Gin
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 6 Mint Leaves
Method:
Combine the ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a mint leaf.
