A bright and spiced gin sour with undertones of marmalade.

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Sheringham London Dry Gin
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 5 g Orange Marmalade
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Method:
Add all ingredients into shaker tin. Shake with ice, double strain into coupe, and serve.
