A bittersweet low ABV brunch cocktail with notes of red fruit and citrus.

Flavour Profile: Sour, Sweet

Difficulty: Medium

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz Sheringham Fresh Rhubarb Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Campari
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Egg White
  • 1 tbsp Raspberry Jam

Method:

Build in shaker and give it a dry shake (no ice). Add ice and shake again. Double strain and pour over ice into cocktail glass.
