Fresh Rhubarb Liqueur
Brunch Buddy
A bittersweet low ABV brunch cocktail with notes of red fruit and citrus.

Difficulty: Medium
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Sheringham Fresh Rhubarb Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Campari
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Egg White
- 1 tbsp Raspberry Jam
Method:
Build in shaker and give it a dry shake (no ice). Add ice and shake again. Double strain and pour over ice into cocktail glass.
