A delightfully bittersweet and tropical cocktail.

Flavour Profile: Fruity, Tart

Difficulty: Simple

Cocktail Ingredients:

  • 2 oz Sheringham Beacon Gin
  • .75 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • .5 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Earl Grey Tea Syrup*

*Earl grey tea syrup Method:

Dissolve 1 cup of white sugar with 1 cup of boiling water. Add 2 Earl Grey tea bags and steep. Allow to naturally cool then refrigerate.

Cocktail Method:

Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice and shake. Fine strain into a Rocks glass over ice and garnish with a grapefruit slice.⁠
