Seaside Gin
Coastal Angel
A fresh sipper with beautiful herbaceous notes of juniper and green tea, bright zesty lemon, and a delicate rose finish.

Ingredients:
- 1.5oz Sheringham Seaside Gin
- 2 tsp Angelwater Tea from Silk Road
- 3 Drops Rose Water
- 4 Drops Lemon Bitters
- .5 oz Lemon Oleo Sacchrum*
- 2.5 oz Soda Water
- 5 Lemons Peeled*
- 10 oz White Sugar*
Method:
Add everything except the soda water to a shaker tin over ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into your glass over a large ice cube, top with soda water.
*Lemon Oleo Sacchrum Method:
Add your lemon peels and sugar into an airtight container and shake until the peels are completely covered. Allow to sit, shaking occasionally until all the sugar is dissolved and you are left with a rich yellow lemon syrup. Strain out the peels and store in a clean canning jar in the fridge for up to one month.
