Beacon (Kazuki) Gin

A fruity and spiced gin cocktail.
Flavour Profile: Bitter, Sweet
Difficulty: Simple
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Beacon (Kazuki) Gin
- 1/2 oz Cassis
- 1/2 oz Lime Juice
- 4 oz Ginger Beer
Method:
Build all ingredients over ice reserving the ginger beer for last. Stir three times.
