Cocktail Ingredients:
- 1.75 oz Sheringham Seaside Gin
- .75 oz Sea Buckthorn Juice
- 1 Tbsp Strawberry Jam
- 2 Tbsp Sparkling Wine Foam*
*Ingredients: Sparkling Wine Foam
- 375g Sparkling Wine
- 4g Soy Lecithin
- 1 oz Sea Buckthorn Juice
*sparkling wine foam method:
Pour everything together in a large vessel and use a hand blender or whisk, blend everything until the foam is made.
Cocktail Method:
Into a mixing tin, add all the ingredients except the Sparkling Wine Foam. Give it a hard shake to make sure the strawberry jam is well mixed and double strain into a Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with the Sparkling Wine Foam.
