A spiced, tart gin sour served up in a vintage coupe.

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Sheringham Seaside Gin
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Method:
Add all ingredients into shaker tin, shake, double strain, and pour into a vintage coupe.
