Raincoast Gin
Frozen Rain Highball
A cold, crisp gin and soda with subtle notes of lemon and elderflower.

Ingredients:
- St. Germaine Rinse
- 1 oz Frozen Raincoast Gin (store in freezer)
- 4 oz Cold Soda Water
Method:
Rinse rocks glass with St Germaine elderflower liqueur, add large cube into glass. Build remaining ingredients over large cube reserving the soda for last. Stir three times, garnish with lemon oil and discard peel. Serve in a Rocks glass over 1 large cube of ice.
