Seaside Gin
Juniper June Punch
Perfect for summer entertaining. Refreshing, slightly sweet with botanical undertones.

Ingredients:
- 500 mL Sheringham Seaside Gin
- 1 litre Lemonade
- 250 mL Elderflower Cordial
- 150-300 mL Sparkling Water
- Cucumber Slices for Garnish
- 1-2 Lemons Sliced for Garnish
- 3-4 Mint Sprigs for Garnish
Method:
Mix ingredients in a large punch bowl. Add ice. Garnish with slices of cucumber, lemon, and sprigs of mint. Serve in punch cups, on the rocks. Serves about 10 people.
