Coffee liqueur meets red fruit, citrus, and sparkling water.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Sheringham Coffee Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Raspberry Jam
- 1 1/2 oz Soda
Method:
Add all ingredients except soda into a shaker tin, shake lightly, double strain into rocks glass over ice. Top with soda and stir three times.
