Fresh Lemon Liqueur

Lemon Gin Pimm’s Cup

An amazingly bright and citrusy, low ABV cocktail.

Flavour Profile: Fruity, Sweet, Tart

Difficulty: Simple

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Liqueur
  • 1 oz Pimm’s
  • .5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3 oz Ginger Ale
  • Cucumber Ribbon
  • 1 Strawberry

Cocktail Method:

Add fresh lemon liqueur, Pimm’s and lemon juice to a collins glass, add cucumber and fruit and stir, ad ice and top with ginger ale, stir again and garnish with mint sprig.
