Raincoast Gin
New Dawn
Delight in the coastal botanicals of Raincoast Gin with Cointreau, dry vermouth, lemon juice and blueberry jam.

Ingredients:
- 1.5oz Sheringham Raincoast Gin
- 0.5oz Cointreau
- 0.5oz Dry Vermouth
- 0.75oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5oz Simple Syrup*
- 1 heaping bar spoon of blueberry jam
Method:
Chill a coupe glass by filling it with ice and set aside. Take your shaker tin/mixing glass and add all the ingredients in. Add ice and begin to shake vigorously for about 30 seconds. Then take your Coupe glass and dump the ice. Double strain (Hawthorne and fine mesh) your drink into the glass and serve up. Garnish with 2 blueberries and a lemon peel on a skewer.
*Simple Syrup Method:
Boil 1 part water and 1 part sugar. Let cool before bottling.
