Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Sheringham Seaside Gin
  • .75 oz Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz Vanilla Liqueur
  • 3 Earl Grey Ice Cubes*

Method:

*Earl Grey Ice Cubes: Pour 2 cups boiling water over 2 Earl Grey tea bags, steep for 3-4 minutes. Freeze in ice cube tray.

Add all ingredients to shaker tin shake, and double strain into a Nick and Nora. Garnish with a dried Lavender sprig.
