Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Coconut Orgeat*
- ¾ oz Lime Juice
- ¼ oz Bols Apricot Brandy
- 1 ¾ oz Sheringham Kazuki Gin
- 1 dash Wray & Nephew Overproof Rum
Method:
Add all ingredients into a shaker tin and add ice. Shake, double strain into rocks glass over crushed ice. Garnish with Paprika dust and mini tropical umbrella. Serve in a rocks glass over crushed ice.
* Coconut Orgeat Recipe:
- 5 oz Coconut Cream
- 150g White Sugar
- ¼ oz Malibu Rum
- 1 drop Orange Blossom Water
Method:
Add all ingredients into a small saucepan on the stove reserving the Malibu and orange blossom for last. Stir on low heat until ingredients are homogenized. Strain into food safe container, label / date and add the Malibu and orange blossom.
