Ingredients:
- 2 oz Sheringham Fresh Rhubarb Liqueur
- .75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Egg (or Aquafaba)
- Candied Rhubarb Ribbons for garnish
Method:
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Fresh Rhubarb Liqueur, lemon juice, and egg white, and give it a dry shake. Next, add ice to the shaker and shake once more. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass and top it with a candied rhubarb ribbon as a garnish.
