Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Sheringham Seaside Gin
  • 1 oz Sheringham Fresh Rhubarb Liqueur
  • .75 oz Lime Juice
  • 4 oz Tonic

Method:

Add all ingredients into a hi-ball glass with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge, and fresh tarragon.
