Flavour Profile: Bitter, Fruity, Sweet, Tart

Difficulty: Simple

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 oz Sheringham Seaside Gin
  • .5 oz Triple Sec
  • 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • .5 oz Simple Syrup

Cocktail Method:

Rim a rocks glass with seaweed salt (dried seaweed crushed with kosher salt) . Add all other ingredients in shaker tin. Shake and double strain over ice.
