This is a great low ABV option and the perfect balance of citrus and botanical notes.

Flavour Profile: Fruity, Sour, Sweet

Difficulty: Simple

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Sheringham Seaside Gin
  • .5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz Rosemary Simple Syrup*
  • Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wine

Rosemary simple syrup method:

In a pot, add 1 cup of white sugar and 1 cup of boiling water. Heat gently and stir to dissolve. Add 3 large rosemary sprigs, cover and steep for 30 minutes. Turn off the heat and let cool completely. Strain into a mason jar and chill.

Cocktail Method:

Add gin, lemon juice and syrup to shaker tin with ice. Shake and double strain into champagne flute or Coupe, top with
non-alcoholic sparkling wine, garnish with rosemary.
