Seaside Gin
Seaside Martini Verde
A savory and vegetal gin martini.

Difficulty: Medium
Ingredients:
- 1 dash Scrappy’s Black Lemon Bitters
- 1 diced Fresh Green Tomato
- ½ oz Olive Brine
- ½ oz Dry Vermouth
- 2 oz Sheringham Seaside Gin
Method:
Add all ingredients into a shaker tin, muddle the tomato into the liquid, add ice, stir and double strain into martini glass or small coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist, olive, and side dish of almonds.
