Ingredients:

  • 1.5oz Sheringham Seaside Gin
  • 1oz Aperol
  • 1oz Grapefruit Juice
  • 3oz Prosecco
  • A Splash of Soda Water
  • Rosemary Sprig for Garnish
  • Slice of Grapefruit for Garnish

Method:

Mix the gin, grapefruit juice, and Aperol in a wine glass filled with ice. Top with prosecco. Garnish with a rosemary sprig and a slice of grapefruit.
