Fresh Lemon Liqueur
Mother’s Day Fizz
The effervescent cousin to the classic Tom Collins.

Ingredients:
- 1oz Sheringham Fresh Lemon Liqueur
- .5oz Elderflower Liqueur
- .5oz Aperol
- 1oz Grapefruit Juice
- .25oz Simps Lavender Syrup
- 1oz Egg White
- Soda Water
Method:
In a shaker tin, pour in first the egg white, Sheringham Fresh Lemon Liqueur, Aperol, Elderflower Liqueur, grapefruit juices and lavender syrup. Dry shake the mixture to create foam and texture from the egg white and add in lots of ice. Shake hard for 10 seconds and strain into a chilled Spritz glass and top up slowly with the soda water. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
