Beacon (Kazuki) Gin
Solstice Gimlet
A refreshing and fruity gin sour, with notes of pear and key-lime pie.

Ingredients:
- Absinthe Rinse
- 1.5 oz Sheringham Beacon/Kazuki Gin
- 0.5 oz Vanilla Vodka
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 0.75 oz Pear Syrup *
Method:
Method: Add all ingredients into shaker tin, shake, double strain into chilled Nick & Nora glass, and garnish with a dried lime.
* Pear Syrup: 10 oz organic pear juice, 300 grams white sugar. Add ingredients into a pot,
simmer on low heat and stir until all ingredients are combined. Strain into food safe container
and store in the fridge. Good for 2 weeks.
