Seaside Gin
Tarragon Fizz
A frothy and cooling gin fizz with crisp effervescence and bright citrusy notes.
Flavour Profile: Sour
Difficulty: Medium
Ingredients:
- 1 Egg white
- ½ oz Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Lime Juice
- ¾ oz Tarragon Syrup
- 2 oz Seaside Gin
- 1½ oz Soda Water
Method:
Add all ingredients into shaker tin reserving soda for last. Dry shake, wet shake, double strain into chilled Collins glass. Top with 1 ½ oz soda down bar spoon into the bottom of the glass. Serve in a Collins glass and garnish with a tarragon leaf.
