A well-balanced cocktail marrying fruitiness and warmth with herbal notes.

Flavour Profile: Fruity, Tart

Difficulty: Simple

Ingredients:

  • 750 mL Sheringham Seaside Gin
  • 750 mL Cranberry Juice
  • 375 mL Grand Marnier
  • 375 mL Campari
  • 200 mL Lime Juice
  • 20 mL Angostura Bitters

Method:

Combine all ingredients and chill for 6 hours or overnight (can be made up to 3 days in advance!) When ready to serve, serve in punch bowl or jug/pitcher with cups or mini mason jars. Garnish with clove studded orange wheels and whole frozen cranberries.
