London Dry Gin
Til Dawn
A bright and spiritus cocktail with bitter sweet notes and a touch of salinity.
Flavour Profile: Bitter
Difficulty: Simple
Ingredients:
- 1 oz London Dry gin
- 1 oz Cynar
- 0.75 oz Fino Sherry
- 0.25 oz Lemon Sherbet*
Method:
Add all ingredients into a mixing tin, add ice, stir until chilled and diluted. Pour into rocks glass over ice and garnish with an orange twist.
*Lemon Sherbet:
● Peel 6 lemons
● Add the lemon peels to 300 g white sugar
● Muddle lightly
● Add 10 oz fresh lemon juice to sugar and peels|
● Whisk until sugar dissolves
● Strain out peels
