Seaside Gin

Cocktail hour is calling for the Valencia, with blood orange and cardamom, finished with ginger spice and creamy decadent foam.

Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Sheringham Seaside Gin
- 1.5 oz Fresh Blood Orange Juice
- 1 oz Ginger Liqueur
- 5 Drops Cardamom Bitters
- 2 Drops Aromatic Bitters
- 1 oz Egg White or Aquafaba
Method:
Add everything to a shaker tin and shake for 30-45 seconds until the mixture is foamy. Add in a few cubes of ice and shake for another 30 seconds. Strain into your Coupe glass and garnish with a thin slice of blood orange on the rim.
